About

US

Peak Fitness is a gym located in Galbally Community Centre. Just enter the building, take the door on the left, head up the stairs, and that's where you'll find us. We offer a variety of fitness classes and programmes throughout the week, Monday to Sunday which are suitable for all ages, experiences, and abilities. We also provide open gym facilities, meaning people can come and do their own training in between classes. We look forward to seeing you in the gym soon.

I believe that my purpose in life is to help people, my commitment at Peak Fitness is to have a positive impact on the health and well being of everyone who visits our gym and all who seek out our services.

I have a strong background in Powerlifting and CrossFit and I enjoy turning my weaknesses into strengths and challenging myself, both physically and mentally.

The thing I love most about coaching, is that I get to play a part in improving the quality of that person’s life, I get to help them achieve their goals and I get a front row seat in watching them achieve new levels of fitness, ability, and self confidence.

After developing a passion for fitness, I decided I wanted to gain my gym instructor’s qualification and help people in their own fitness journey.

I have been a Spin instructor for over 15-years and what I really enjoy about coaching is the social aspect, seeing and meeting people from all backgrounds and fitness levels and helping them progress, seeing people improve and grow in confidence is a big driver for me. 

I have taken all sorts of classes throughout the years ranging from Spinning, Kettlebells, and circuits. Recently I have started taking a few classes for those in their later years, 60+ (not too long until I make this category). This has been extremely rewarding and enjoyable and the craic is always great.

I really enjoy helping members of Peak Fitness Galbally achieve results through fine detail coaching and fun training sessions, helping them feel good physically, but more important, mentally too. I specialise in boxing, and martial arts training and I enjoy providing gym based fitness classes such as HIIT and Bodyweight Conditioning.

I’m a Mixed Martial Artist, Brazilian Jui Jitsu purple belt and multiple time Irish and UK gold medalist. Combat Sports is my passion and I enjoy helping others discover the benefits and all the fun that combat sport styled training can offer.

Christopher Morris

My Name is Christopher Morris and I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. My whole life has revolved around sport from an early age playing for teams in both Gaelic and soccer. I’ve played with Galbally from 6 years of age and have been playing senior football for 13 years playing in two All Ireland Finals most recently with my club Galbally Pearses. 

In my youth I had a keen interest in soccer playing with Dungannon United Youth and Tyrone’s youth soccer teams. My life constantly revolves around sport and fitness. I love being a coach in Peak Fitness because of the community that attends our classes/open gym. The people make the gym a great experience and I take huge pride in seeing people smashing their goals and targetS. But most importantly, in my eyes, giving themselves a break for that 1-hour a day where their only thoughts are what they are doing in that exact moment. It gives them the freedom from the everyday stresses they may be under. Seeing people work hard – get a sweat on & enjoy themselves makes coaching extremely enjoyable for me!
